Workmen’s Compensation Insurance (WC): This is a statutory requirement for all employers of labour in Nigeria and all employees must be covered, including expatriates. The draw back of this cover is that it operates only whilst at work and cover does not extend beyond the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Death | 42 months’ salary |
Permanent Disability | 54 months’ salary including continental scale |
Temporary Total Disability | Full basic salary for the first 6 months, 50% thereafter for the next 3 months and 25% the next 15 months |
Medical Expenses | Unlimited |
Burial/Transportation Expenses | Reasonable amount befitting the status of the employee |
To enable us obtain quotations for the risk, we require estimated annual earnings of the employees. Please note that the earnings as defined by the Act are the basic salaries plus all allowances including overtime, provident funds contributions and food subsidy.
